Hi there — I’m Bethany, and I want to share a little piece of my heart with you.

Stella + Poppy is my small-batch line of natural home and beauty products, lovingly made right here in our little studio in Granite Falls, Minnesota. If you’re wondering about the name — it comes from our two sweet dachshunds, Stella and Poppy, who keep me company while I pour candles and mix up soaps at the kitchen table or my downtown boutique.

Before Stella + Poppy, I ran Wild Wind Soap Company — maybe you remember it? I started making olive oil soaps, lotions, and lip balms back in 2004 when my kids were small and I wanted better, simpler things for our family. Like a lot of moms, I put my business on hold when life got busy — but my love for handmade never left. Now, all these years later, I’ve brought it back under a new name, with new energy, and a few new products too.

When you bring something from Stella + Poppy into your home, you’re getting something I made with my own two hands. Our soaps are made from scratch using pure, natural, and organic ingredients whenever I can find them. Our candles are poured by hand using 100% U.S.-grown soy wax, cotton core wicks, and clean fragrance oils — no harsh chemicals, no shortcuts. I keep the packaging simple and timeless, because I believe what’s inside should shine through.

I want you to feel good about what you’re putting on your skin and burning in your home. I want you to know who made it and where it came from — and I want it to feel like a little daily ritual just for you.

At the end of the day, Stella + Poppy is about intention. I believe when we slow down and choose things thoughtfully, we find a bit of everyday magic.
